Keystone Analytics builds native mobile apps — Android and iOS — and the full-stack, data, and AI infrastructure behind them, for teams that can't afford downtime. We work across the whole stack, from Jetpack Compose UI to database plumbing to production ML, with a bias toward boring tech, short feedback loops, and systems you can maintain without us.

Operating Principles
- Build fast, ship small. Prototype over perfect system. Get something working first.
- Prefer boring tech. No exotic stacks unless justified. TypeScript, Python, Postgres, React.
- Constraints before code. Define what's out of scope before what's in.
- Garbage in, garbage out. The model is never wrong — the data is.
Team
Zack Robinson Founder
8+ years building native mobile apps in industries where failure has consequences — healthcare (Dexcom, CVS/Aetna), crash detection (CCC), logistics (JJ Keller), streaming (STARZ), and quick-service (McDonald's). Primarily Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), now also iOS (Swift, SwiftUI). Beyond the UI, the problems that mattered were operational: incident triage, release discipline, cross-team coordination, and figuring out why something broke at 2 AM.
In 2025 he started building full-stack systems from scratch — dispatch platforms, market intelligence tools, scheduling databases, and the AI-assisted workflow infrastructure that accelerates all of it.
Christopher Farmer Legal & Compliance
Legal and compliance executive with an LL.M. in Legal Practice (International Law) and 8+ years experience across governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, contract lifecycle management, and risk mitigation. Built "compliance by default" programmes across 8 operational sites with 100% audit pass rates, secured and managed £500,000+ in public funding, and led a critical COVID-era digital transformation that cut operational costs 30%.
His dissertation on economic and cyber warfare received 100% marks and four doctoral research offers. Now consulting on cross-border regulatory navigation, VC structuring, and AI-assisted compliance workflows.
