How much do I pay to reserve?
One day's rate, by card, GCash, or Maya — that locks the bike to you. The balance is due at pickup in cash or card. Example: a week on a FreeGo is ₱2,700 total, so you pay ₱450 now and ₱2,250 when you collect it.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp any time before pickup. Cancel at least 48 hours ahead and the deposit comes back in full.
Do I need a motorcycle license?
Yes — a valid license with motorcycle endorsement from your home country, or an International Driving Permit. Police checkpoints around Dumaguete do check.
Can you deliver the bike to my hotel or the dive resort?
Usually, yes — pickup and drop-off around Dauin and Dumaguete can be arranged. Put your location in the booking notes or message us on WhatsApp.
Which bike for the waterfalls / Lake Balinsasayao?
The XR150s. The mountain roads are steep and sometimes rough — the dirt bikes eat them for breakfast. Scooters are perfect for the coastal highway and town.
Is a scooter okay for two people?
The NMAX 155 is the comfortable two-up choice. The 125s carry two fine for short hops; for day trips two-up, take the NMAX.
What if I don't have GCash?
Any Visa or Mastercard works for the online deposit. At the shop we take cash and cards.
Can I extend my rental?
Message us on WhatsApp before your return date. If the bike's free, we extend at the same rate — a week's extension gets the weekly price.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
Call us. If it's a mechanical fault that isn't from a crash or misuse, we bring you a replacement or refund the unused days.
Where exactly are you?
On the National Highway in Dauin, next to U-Lock Self Storage — the bright red building. 10–15 minutes south of Dumaguete, right before the dive resorts.
