Rental Terms
Short version: bring a license, wear the helmet, tell us if plans change. The long version:
- Driver's license
- Bring a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement (foreign licenses and IDPs accepted). We check it at pickup — no license, no ride, deposit refunded.
- Deposit & payment
- One day's rate reserves your bike online, paid by card, GCash, or Maya. The balance is due at pickup in cash or card. Your online deposit comes off the total.
- Helmets
- Included free for rider and passenger. Philippine law requires them — wear them.
- Fuel
- Bikes go out with the fuel shown at checkout and come back the same. Fill up at any station; the nearest is 2 minutes north.
- Late returns & extensions
- Need more days? Message us on WhatsApp before your return date and we'll extend if the bike is free. Unarranged late returns are charged the daily rate per day.
- Damage & breakdowns
- Normal wear is on us. Damage from accidents or misuse is assessed at fair local repair cost. If a bike develops a mechanical fault that's not your doing, we swap it or refund unused days.
- Cancellations
- Cancel by WhatsApp any time before pickup. Deposits on cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are refunded in full.
- Where you can ride
- Anywhere on Negros. Taking the bike to another island (ferry) — ask us first.
