Why Negros
American-style texture. Island character.
American Classic is the familiar smooth, lightly sweet jar we wanted and could not easily find locally. Crunchy keeps that base and adds roasted peanut pieces. Muscovado pulls the flavor toward Negros with deeper caramel and molasses notes from local cane sugar.
