Shipping & returns

Local delivery — free

Orders above the minimum are delivered free within Dauin, Bacong, Zamboanguita, and Valencia (Negros Oriental). We deliver these ourselves on set days of the week.

Pickup — free

Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you the moment your order is ready, with the pickup address and hours.

Courier shipping — nationwide

Everywhere else in the Philippines, we ship by courier. The rate is calculated from your address and the packed weight of your jars, and you see the exact total before paying. Orders are packed and handed to the courier within two days of payment. If a rate can't be calculated automatically for your address, we'll email you a quote instead of guessing.

Damaged or wrong items

Glass travels well when packed right, but couriers are couriers. If a jar arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it — your choice.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order free of charge before we start preparing it. Once it's packed or shipped, contact us and we'll sort out the closest thing to a fair outcome.
