Yes. The emergency directory is free and always will be. Dispatch features are free during pilot. Some features may require membership later to sustain operations, but core directory access stays public.
Where does this work?
Currently covering Negros Oriental — Dumaguete City, Dauin, Valencia, Sibulan, Bacong, Tanjay, and surrounding municipalities. Expanding based on verified contact data.
How are contacts verified?
Every phone number and address is manually verified by calling and confirming. Data is updated regularly. Stale or disconnected numbers get flagged and removed.

Valkyrie Dispatch is a project of Keystone Analytics, built by Zack Robinson in Dumaguete City. The system includes a web dispatcher dashboard, Android member app, and Android driver app.
